A Living Will

Do you Need One?

The short answer is yes.  A Living Will allows you to communicate your desires and decisions on important matters, including health and finances, when you are not able to on your own.  It also can appoint those your trust to make these decisions for you in your time of need.  A living will is typically a series a forms your attorney can help you complete and can also be customized to your specific desires.
