Preparing for Your Day in Family Court

When it is your case and your family, no day in Family Court is without stress.  Going to court prepared will help.

If you have any financial matters or disputes that need to be decided in court you will need to have an updated Financial Affidavit signed and ready for use on your court day.  Your attorney will generally like this information in advance of the court date to go over the information with you and to prepare the child support guideline worksheet if necessary.
